I have never heard this app before. However, i am really happy to find that althought it happend randomly :) It is going to be my first day in the diet and i can say that trully, this app is really good and has super details. It provides more special analysis options. I recommend that. :)

I was looking for apps for learning Italian when I stumbled across this. Italian food is my favorite and the Mediterranean way of eating seems to suit me best, so I decided to try it. This app is really great. It can be used whether you are reducing or not, and the meal combos are exactly what youd find in Europe (I lived there for three years). Most importantly to me though, it is easily customizable and it makes sure you are meeting your nutritional needs. I love it!

I have just started using this app but it seems promising. Cannot wait to see the results and love the recipe options.
